ljgourdart.com makes every effort to ensure that products you might want to use outside (like birdhouses) are clearly labeled to withstand elements.  On these art pieces we use UV protected urethane products to seal the artwork.   

However, please note that gourd art, as all quality art, can fade in direct sunlight.  Whether inside or outside we encourage you to display your art wisely, with all due precautions.
